I'm Victoria.

Profile

For over 17 years, I've worked as a designer and educator, holding both permanent and freelance positions in branding, packaging, independent event design, and editorial design. My experience spans London and Melbourne, Australia. Currently, I'm a senior lecturer in BA Hons Graphic Design at the University for the Creative Arts, specialising in editorial design, typographic design, concept development, client-facing briefs, and competitions.

I'm now eager to expand my freelance work into the world of TV & Film Graphic Design.

Experience

I have designed for licensed and non-licensed brands, independent companies, and I ran my own freelance luxury event design company (Slay & Maker Design) specialising in bespoke designs.

Clients included: Disney, WarnerBros, Nickelodeon, 20th Century Fox, GE Fabbri, HIT Entertainment, Mars, Hasbro, SKY, The British Heart Foundation, Chorion, Rainbow SpA, Target, Myer, Interactive Toys, and ReelTime Media.

I'm eager to reignite my freelance design career, leveraging my design expertise and problem-solving skills. My lecturing experience will also be valuable, allowing me to enhance client communication and collaboration with clear project management.

Tools

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD, and Microsoft Suite. Actively expanding skillset by learning Figma, After Effects and Firefly.
